Apple weather shows the low and high for each day and a colored bar. I don’t see what that bar corresponds to or how it is helpful. Questions were asked about this two years ago and there’s been no change or explanation. The bar does not show the time of the low and high of the day, as claimed. And if it did does a bar connecting those make sense?

The length of the bar indicates how large the differences is between the high and low. A longer bar indicates a larger difference between the high and the low than days that have a shorter bar.
The colors indicate temperature -- blue is colder and yellow/orange is warmer.
Then what’s supposed to be the meaning of the location of the bar? And why doesn’t Apple offer any explanation of this bar in their materials about the app? Another writer had said that the location referred to the time of day of the high and low, but that’s not true. Apple’s self-righteousness doesn’t care if people understand their app or not. All they know is that they have the money to buy out any competitor.
