Using managed Apple ID and personal Apple ID on the same device

I was not able to find a definitive answer or a way to accomplish using both personal and managed Apple ID on the same device.

I have a managed Apple ID used by my company. I also want to be able to connect my own personal Apple ID for connectivity between my apple devices on the same personal account.

Im using latest Macbook pro M3 running Sonoma 14.2.1.

Currently the device is enrolled to Intune(AzureAD/EntraID) via Company Portal, meaning the option to connect work/school account under setting>privacy>profiles isnt available for me anymore.

How can I connect my work account as well as my personal one?

Well I got this info from Apple but not a way to do it.

"The Managed Apple ID can be used alongside the personal Apple ID that the user has already signed in with; the two don’t interact with each other. User Enrolment is designed for devices owned by the user."

Years ago, many many, I set up a bunch of Apple Id's, one was an alias of the one I use right now, and its still working. When did I loose the ability to change the password of NOW my X-wifes, as SHE has forgotten her password and also the 3 security questions... I simply want to ERASE her, NOW MY, iPad and trade it in...as I should have traded HER IN years ago... but for 90$ I can trade it in and apply it to a CARD so I can buy ME something from the Apple Store... do you think if I simply brought it there and said SHE NO LONGER exists...in my world... its unlocked... just has to be DELETED of her stuff.... I was the original person who created this address for her... she is not a Fan of Apple or has any devices NOW.... Oh and I AM the one who purchased this UNIT... they have records so can prove its it actually mine....
