How can I send a large file?

I have a short video file that I would like to send. However, when I try to attach it to an e-mail, I get a message that says the total file size exceeds 25 MB, and can't be attached to the e-mail. How can I send a file that is too large to send by e-mail?

Any suggestion would be helpful.

You can enable Mail Drop Mail Drop limits - Apple Support

Or, upload the file to a cloud provider and send a link to the file

Or, AirDrop the file locally to the user

Or use Photos to export it at a smaller size/lower quality.
