iPhone videos file size too large to email

I am trying to take a short (less than 1 minute) video to email. I have turned off HDR, but the video size is still too large to send through Yahoo mail. What else can I do to reduce the video file size in order to email it?

You should be able to use Mail Drop to send large files, videos or images:

Using Mail Drop

  1. Open the Photos app and select the video you want to send
  2. Tap the Share icon, then tap Mail
  3. Enter the recipient's email address
  4. Add a subject and message
  5. Tap Send

It parks the video in iCloud for a period of time and sends a link to your recipient so they can access and download it. You can send files up to 5 GB in size with Mail Drop.
