Someone sent me a 4.3 GB Video/MOV via email on my iCloud email. It starts to download and it all seems to load (full grey circle), but then nothing fully downloads/saves to my phone. I've tried in multiple WIFI networks and nothing. Anyway to get this saved on my phone?

On a file that big it's not going to work. I'm surprised you can even see it, most email providers cap the file size limit around 10 - 15 megs.
Have your friend use Dropbox or another file hosting site for a file that large.
