Dispute charges

I keep getting a charge for 27.36 and I have not purchased or subscribed to anything. What are my next steps because I cannot download anything from the App Store.

The first step is to find and cancel the recurring charge.

Once cancelled, you must allow the charge to successfully complete. Otherwise your account will remain in bad standing and you will not be allowed to download anything.


Once that happens, you can contact Apple Support and request a refund for it.
