Toca world purchase not working

Hello, I am having troubles with purchasing anything in toca world! We put in our date year but it kept on saying “Oops something went wrong please try again later” and we do but it still wont work. If i can get some help that would be awesome! Please and thank you 🙏.

Check there are no restrictions set in ScreenTime that are limiting : (eg: for age limit or in-app purchases)

(ie: Check: Settings > ScreenTime > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases.

or Settings> Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions.


Also check your device is updated to the newest compatible software available.

Eg: Look in Settings > General > Software Update ... to see if an update is available.
