How to reset iPhone with forgotten passcode
So i forgot my passcode, and i will reset my iPhone with recovery mode, but i was wondering do I need to enable authorization from my iPhone to my PC before i do it?

No, just follow the recovery instructions below:
If your device has iOS 17 and you just changed your passcode you may be able to use a previous passcode→Temporarily use your old passcode when you forget your new passcode on iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:
