Screen scrolls to top once I touch top edge of screen.

Dear Apple, please please please please please include a settings function so I can permanently disable the feature whereby my notes(pdf file or otherwise) KEEP scrolling all the way to the top when Im annotating with my Apple Pencil and accidentally touch the top Edge of the screen. It is incredibly irritating, dampens the experience of using this incredible product, and unless I’m missing something it seems like loads other users have this problem and there’s no way around it either.

You may want to send feedback to those who work behind-the-scenes at Apple. They will likely not reply, yet your feedback will reach those who can make changes, and may contribute to an update that addresses the issue.

The more feedback Apple receives on an issue, the more likely we will see changes ... so If others have the same issue, would be useful if they also send feedback.
