3 phones on one icloud account

I have been reading the thread on multiple phones on one Apple ID and iCloud account. However, I'm confused at my situation compared to the others. I have 3 phones on one account. Up until 3 months ago, not years ago, the 3 phones started showing each other's recent phone calls list and all voice mails. Nothing else is shared with the 3 phones, except the calendar and reminders that I have intentionally set up with my husband's. In reading the thread most of you have experienced this a few years ago. I can't remember which update it was, but after that update this started to happen. We have shut off the iCloud settings on all 3 phones. There is nothing I can see on any of the settings that would cause just the phone app to share recent call list and voice mail. The phone doesn't ring when a call is for the other numbers. There is no sharing of contacts. Just those two settings (voicemail and recent call list). And as I mentioned it only started a few months ago. Any thoughts?
