Clean install on new iPhone 13

Hello,

I'm looking to move specific data from my older iPhone to a new iPhone 13, and I've already backed up this data in iCloud.

During this transition, I'd like to clean up and remove any old apps that I no longer use. The goal is to avoid transferring a cluttered backup to the new phone.

My desired outcome is to set up the iPhone 13 as closely as possible to a fresh, out-of-the-box installation. I want to avoid carrying over unnecessary old data that could bloat the System Data over time.

The key data I want to transfer includes Photos and WhatsApp.

I plan to install any additional apps gradually, as needed. These apps typically have their own servers for backup, allowing me to reinstall them when necessary.

Is achieving this clean setup possible?
