Exported iMovie project. Watching it through but always stops 27 mins in and then doesn’t play the rest (the movie is 50 mins)

I exported an iMovie project to my MacBook. I watched it through but it always glitches out at 27 of the 50 mins it has. So I can’t watch past the 27 min mark.

iMovie won't export 38 minute video on my Mac mini M1 chip I have tried to export this movie three times now. It's 38 minutes long at 720p, so it shouldn't be a gigantic file. I'm running iMovie 10.4.3 in Sequoia 15.6.1 on a Mac Mini with an Apple M1 chip. The first two times I tried to share to file, trying to save it to my desktop. I let it export all night, and it simply stopped exporting. The progress indicator was there, but it stopped progressing. I tried to close iMovie to reopen it again, and it said there was still a process running. Then iMovie stopped responding and I had to force quit. I did that twice, and sent reports to Apple both times. I made sure everything was updated, restarted the Mac twice, then tried to share to social platforms instead of share to file. Same issue. I have used this to export longer movies at 1080p before with no problems. The screenshot shows how the progress indicator has looked for hours... Unable to transfer iMovie project stuck on "Export File" After using iMovie to edit two 30-second mp4 clips, a JPEG, three transitions and a detached audio track into a 53-second video, selecting "Export File" does nothing. Screen recordings poor quality import on iMovie I've been trying to edit some screen recordings I have taken on my Macbook on iMovie. Yet when I import the screen recordings into iMovie the quality and resolution is worse and all fuzzy. If I just open the screen recordings through quick-player the quality is perfect, exactly how it was recorded. But as soon as it's imported into iMovie it loses that quality. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it? It would be greatly appreciated. The first photo is the one played through quick player. The other has been exported through iMovie at 4k resolution but still is blurry. It loses quality as soon as its imported into iMovie. It doesn't look too bad on here but when its a whole screen and you want the best quality, it is very annoying.

There may be a rendering error or some other corruption in the final product. Scroll around in the 27 minute area and see if you can see any signs of corruption.

Try re-exporting and see if that cures it.
