How long do Apple support take to reply ?

I started a support ticket with Apple on 9th jan 24 and I’m quite surprised I’ve had no response yet . There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to log in and check what’s happening .

does anyone know how long a reply usually takes or where to go to chase this up ? Obviously I have the support ticket number .
