Annoying notification on Apple Watch

About twice a day, recently since software upgrade, my watch will buzz, when I look, there is an image that looks like a seatbelt being fixed and unfixed OR two blank apple watches touching and untouching. What is it? And more importantly, how can I get rid of this?

[Also, since recent upgrade, I have lost the ability to slide up the watch face and click a button that rings my iphone, so I know where it is, now several clicks] Help...

Also, since recent upgrade, I have lost the ability to slide up the watch face and click a button that rings my iphone, so I know where it is, now several clicks

The ability to swipe to change faces was added back. On the Watch, go to Settings>Clock and you can re-enable it. The access the Control Center, where the button to ping your watch is located, has been moved to the side button, the flat oval button next to the Digital Crown.

  1. I'm sorry, but honestly, I have no idea. You'll have to wait for someone who can answer this. Sorry I couldn't be of more help with this.
  2. You must be talking about opening Control Center to ring your phone. This ability is still available in WatchOS 10. You just need to click the side button. Apple did this so you can now open Control Center from anywhere.
