FFXIV doesn't see my Mac Pro GPU which affects my graphics

Playing FFXIV and the System Config menu does not give my Mac Pro GPU as an option. It shows an older GPU. My in game resolution is fine, but I have these weird high-contrast "shadows" and blown out bright areas while INSIDE a building. I don't know how to fix this. I fiddled with settings and used the recommended settings to Optimize XIV on Mac from this website https://www.xivmac.com/recommended-settings, but it didn't fix my issue. I've attached a photo and a few videos showing what is happening as well as a screenshot of my computer specs and a screenshot showing the system settings not recognizing my GPU.
