Adapter from MagSafe (1 or 2) to MagSafe 3 - Connecting Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display to MacBook Pro M3

Good afternoon, can anyone tell me if there is an adapter from MagSafe (1 or 2) to MagSafe 3? Or alternatively how to power my new MacBook Pro M3 by connecting it to the Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display. Thanks

Use the charger included with the M3 MacBook Pro which was designed for that purpose. MagSafe 3 is incompatible with your Apple Thunderbolt display and there are no conversion cables available.

... to reinforce what VikingOSX has already stated, there are no adapters, because the Apple Power adapters are not 'dumb' power sources. Both older and newer use a power negotiation protocol, and anything more than a trivial amount of 5V power is only supplied when the device and power adapter agree on the terms.

The protocols used to negotiate between the recent MagSafe-3 power adapter and device are completely different from the older MagSafe-1 and 2.
