Charging AirPods Pro 2 with Apple Watch Magsafe Charger

Hi ,

My AirPods Pro (2023) case aren't getting charged with Apple Watch Charger , while apple confirms that Apple Watch Chargers charges apple AirPods Magsafe Cases.

It is showing that charging logo on Charging Widget of iPhone screen , but it doesn't fill the battery percentage up. I took it to service centre ( UNICORN INDIA , Defence Colony , New Delhi ), they kept it for a week, reinstalled the firmware forcible and said NOW ITS WORKING !! But I found the situation is same.

can I get it replaced for this technical issue ?

Secondly - After that firmware reinstallation , AirPods are taking a lot of time for changing Mode ( Off , Adaptive , Noise-cancellation ...) , and sometimes it doesn't give that mode changing tone.

please suggest !!!
