How to add a Numbers spreadsheet to a Pages word document
I've done this before, but just can't remember how to do it.

If the Numbers spreadsheet is wider than normal portrait document format in Pages, then export it as a PDF from Numbers, and then drag and drop that PDF into the Pages document. While still selected, visit the Arrange tab and rotate that PDF 90 degrees so it is aligned vertically with the current Pages page. Pages does not support different Portrait and Landscape page orientation in the same document.
However, if the Numbers spreadsheet can fit into 4 - 6 columns in a Pages document, select, copy, and paste the Numbers spreadsheet/table to the clipboard. Then in Pages, just select Paste and a new Pages table will appear bearing the Numbers content including equations where those functions are also supported in Pages. Not every formula function in Numbers is supported in Pages tables.
When you paste a Numbers table into Pages, it lands center page. Tested: Sonoma 14.2.1 with Pages and Numbers v13.2.
