Contact card sharing on iPhone

I shared my name and photo with a contact. Later I realized that both my home address and work address had populated in the contact card. Could my contacts see this info if my contact card was shared with them? Or would they only see my name and photo?

Question #2- I later deleted both addresses, but it popped back up as a “suggested” address. Could people who I shared my contact card with see the “suggested” addresses that popped up?
