Contact the card issuer and discuss it with them. No one in this user-to-user forum can do this for you, and neither can Apple. If it is specifically for the Apple Card open the Wallet, tap on the card, and there are ways to contact the card issuer by phone and text. For any other card contact the bank that issued it.
