Am I able to lower my monthly interest so I can pay this off faster
I’m paying monthly on credit card bill with Apple. I’m being charged 36 dollars a month on interest, can I lower this?

No, the interest rate cannot be lowered. You can close your account and pay off the balance and apply of a new account. If your finances have improved significantly you’ll be offered a lower rate on the new account.
There is also a Payment Assistance option that’s available. However, in many cases the account will be permanently closed if you accept the payment plan. This prevents you from going further in debt and missing goals set for the plan.
