iPhone 14 Pro Max does not see MP4 videos

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Yesterday I updated this from iOS 16 to iOS 17.2. After the update, my iPhone stopped seeing MP4 videos. The error is absolutely in the phone update. Because my husband has an iPhone 14 Pro Max. This iPhone has iOS 16. And this IPhone sees videos in MP4 format. Help, what to do? How to fix this problem?

See the pic below on my iPhone 12 Pro iOS 17.2.1. I have many Mp4 videos and there is no issue.

Make sure that the video uses a codec supported by iOS devices. H.264 video codec with AAC audio is widely compatible.

If the MP4 file is corrupted, it may not be properly recognized or played. Try playing the video externally on other non-iPhone devices. For example on a PC or a Mac.
