i bought a activation locked ipad help please
I bought a activation locked iPad 4 and I cant get hold of the previous owner....I cant afford buying this device and it is useless to me. Please help.

Sorry, but you are unable to remove the Activation Lock. That is something only the original owner can do to and is used as a theft deterrent to prevent your device from being used if it is stolen. A used Apple device should never be purchased over the internet or from an unknown seller.
