Unable to open an app from App Store

I can't open new apps i downloaded when i open it up in App Store it says "open" and it won't open it just says an error saying "Cannot open app" it does not tell me why it just spins for 1 minute and then says it and i can't open it with the home screen even not with a url it just says it is invalid i don't know how i can fix this issue i tryed to reforcestart my phone several times but that did not help i don't know what to do. Help!

An earlier posting indicated this iPhone had been run near or at capacity, and that then probably incurred a corruption.


If that corruption has happened here, or if you see a grid icon (below) for an app, then back up, factory reset, and reload.
