App Store Not Working

I went to download an app from the App Store, however, despite me restarting my phone and checking that I have enough storage (which it did), the app would not load. I inputted my Apple ID password twice as I was prompted to do (it always has me do that), but after that it just continued to load forever. Can anyone help me? Thanks so much!

Check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
