Apps won’t download

Begin with a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
3. Press and hold the top button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

Every time I try to redownload or download an app on my iPad, it asks me to input the code for my apple id, then after i input the cord, it closes the window, starts “loading” the app and then another popup calling me to “install” the app appears again and it never really downloads the app. I’m stuck and every time i try redownloading an app, it just loads forever.

Try the forced restart LotusPilot suggests, but you can also try signing out and back in to the App Store in Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > 'Sign Out'.

The same thing happens when I try to purchase things as well
