iPad App Store: Cannot download/update apps or load Apple ID

My App Store hasn’t been working properly on my iPad - at first, it wasn’t letting me download apps. Not that I didn’t have enough storage or anything like that, every time I hit “install” it just gets stuck on a loading icon and doesn’t even start the download. It’s been the same with trying to update apps, it’ll just say “waiting..” forever.


I tried to look up a solution for this, and the solution would require me to open my Apple ID account page within the App Store, but when I try to do THAT, it just says “Loading…” but the App Store itself seems to be working properly. Just not to see any of my downloads or updates, or update or install anything. I can view apps, but nothing else.
