App Store Glitching

For some reason on my new iPhone, whenever I try to open the profile inside the App Store to update my apps I am just met with a loading screen that goes on forever (I have waited a couple of minutes and it doesn't resolve). At the same time, whenever I try to download an app and click "Get", I am also met with just a loading icon and the app never installs. The only fix currently is to restart my iPhone to be able to download anything, but that only temporarily lets me download and update apps; after an hour or two it reverts back to just being stuck loading. Is there any known fix to this, it would be a great help.

As we understand it, you're having some issues downloading and updating apps, and you're able to resolve it temporarily by restarting but the issue returns eventually. Is that right? So we can narrow things down, we'd like to check a few things.


Are you using cellular data when this happens, or Wi-Fi? Do you get the same results with both connection types? If possible, can you test another Wi-Fi network? That will help us rule out some possible causes related to networking.


Also, have you updated your new device to iOS 16.3.1 yet? If not, try updating and then test to see if there's a difference. Be sure to back up beforehand: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
