How do I access my (HBO)Max account on a non-Apple device?

I subscribed to (HBO)Max thru Apple's App store and cannot add my Xfinity streaming box as a new device.

Max app download on Apple TV and sign in question I want to download the Max (fka HBO) app on my Apple TV, but the app wants me to use my Apple ID to download it. If I get Max through my Xfinity subscription, will I still have the ability to sign into Max using my Xfinity subscription and not have to pay for Max with my Apple ID? I haven't downloaded the app yet because I want to make sure I won't have to pay for Max twice, through Xfinity and through Apple. Thanks.

Subscribing to Streaming Services Through Apple If I subscribe to a streaming service, such as Peacock, through my Apple TV and Apple account, will I be able to log into that account on another device such as a laptop, console, or smart TV? If I use multiple devices, is it best to just sign up through Peacock using my email and a password? Any clarification is appreciated.
