I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max
I did the upgrade to iOS 17.2.1 yesterday morning, and now I cannot receive calls, make calls, send texts, or receive text messages. My service provider is Verizon. I was at the Verizon store for over two hours last night, and they could not pinpoint my problem. They told me to call Verizon to request a new phone. My phone is under warranty until 9/2024. I just got this phone on 9/2023. So it is not old.
I called the number I was given and was on the phone for over 2 hours with tech people. They did all the tests that the people at the Verizon store did and could not fix the phone. After over two hours and three techs, I had to go. So they sent me the directions to back up my phone and reset the phone to factory settings, and they said that would fix it. Much to my dismay. My phone is still not working. The message that all the techs have repeatedly received and the message I am receiving is No SIM. There is definitely a problem with the SIM card or lack thereof. I am at my wit's end. I'm not sure where to go from here. Anyone have any suggestions?
