How to change Apple ID on late wife's iPhone?

MY WIFE PASSED AWAY, I WANT USE HER PHONE AS MINE. I ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THEN APPLE ID BUT I'M HAVING PROBLEM WITH THAT. CAN YOU HEL ME ?

Changing AppleID on my iPad Hello, I have an iPad that I bought and set up for an elderly relative to use. She passed away recently and I want to 'take over' the iPad to use my AppleID, instead of hers, but without losing the data and photos on it. How do I do this please?
