Anyone has Anker 551 adapter hub that does everything except charging iPad Pro 6th generation?

I bought Anker 551 USB-C adapter hub. I can use it to transfer files, connect to keyboard and so forth, but it is not charging my iPad Pro (6th Generation). The hub came with a USB-C cable, but it only shows that the cable is connected but not the charge (lightning) symbol. Is there any advice out there? I like the Anker 551 for how it works with my workstation, but charging from another cable is what I wish to solve.

Since all Anker products have excellent reputation, I would try to contact Anker support team and explain your charging problem (indicating your iPad model and the iPadOS version currently running on it).

I'm sure they will be able to give you the most appropriate answer, perhaps indicating the most suitable cable or power supply for that hub model.
