It has been 8 hours after my purchase and I didn't received my Apple Gift Card

Hello Apple community, I’m writing on behalf of an issue happening with a friend of mine buying me an Apple gift card to my email and it hasn’t been delivered, it’s up to 9 hours now and still nothing yet to be received, please what is the best solution to resolved this issue.
