ipad stuck at restore screen

it has been two months since the ipad is stuck in recovery mode. i even visited the apple customer service centre and they held it for two days to check the problem. at last they told me that they even cant do anything as it is stuck in recovery mode.what a lame excuse.. no i cant do anything. even i tried replacing it with exchange cost but they promptly denied that it has to be on running condition.
