Yes, a club can offer Apple Pay. Contract your current credit card services provider to add Apple Pay to your services. If your club doesn’t currently offer credit cards, I’d look at Square and PayPal. Both offer Apple Pay.

You probably don’t do enough volume of sales to be able to directly process credit/debit card transactions. The investment in infrastructure would negate any savings. Your best bet is to look at what Square/Block has to offer. If a club officer(s) have a newer iPhone, your members can use Apple Pay just by tapping their card on the iPhone. PayPal requires the club purchase hardware. You can also enter card numbers manually to complete a transaction on the iPhone.
I’m involved with a photography group that collects dues and we switched to using Square, about a year ago. We have been very happy with their service. I do not work for Square.
We are a nonprofit club and do not have a credit card processing system in place. Is there a way to utilize Apple Pay for receiving revenue only? We need to minimize our expenses.
