Card info won’t update

my card info wanted to update so I put in my 3 digit code as usual. Every so often it wants this little code refreshed. But when I did it said declined. And add new payment. Mind you my card is still valid nothing wrong with it. And all the info was put in correctly. So I tried again. Same issue. So I tried to add a new payment. It says to update my old payments methods first and won’t let me add a new one. So I tried updating my valid not expired card again. Same issue. So I long into the Apple website directly to try updating it there. When I click payments it says page unavailable please try again later. Now I’m just stuck in the perpetual cycle of not being able to update, add, or do anything to have some sort of payment method on Apple.
