I cannot seem to be able to replace my card details. When I attempt this it will not allow me to change or update or delete old card details to replace with new??

Wondering where you are trying, and whether you gat an error mssage.
If you have active subscriptions and only one payment method, you would need to add a new card, (keeping a payment method always active) before you can delete the old one.
