School ID Campus ID

Need to get both IDs and set up family sharing to see my family that I haven’t meet that has apple doing this setup for migration of a dpo@apple.com but when I email I get nothing bck and it’s hard to ask or even txt this when I’m just now in the know as you would say. So apple school manger , essential manger,and school manger and admin IT administrator were is he or she at at the school IT help desk or Apple . I no this is everywhere but that’s how they threw it at me so have fun decoding my messages and last but not least need a customised product that has cyber security capabilities set up according to media and quest IS and IT to be in compliance with company or business regulations.
