Reinstal macOS

I have tried to delete everything that is on my macbook pro as I am going to give it to someone else. I can start the macbook by holding down cmd + R and then what is in the pictures below appears on the screen. When I try to reinstall macOS, it won't find the disk. What should I do next? Thanks in advance for your help!

GUID partition map is correct for all MacOS after 10.4.

Apple File system (APFS) was first implemented on the boot drive in installing 10.13 High Sierra. All older should be using MacOS Extended.

Once you have initialized in APFS, the container-disk around the APFS Volume keeps older MacOS (that does not understand APFS) out, because the disk appears full (of a container-disk).
