I am in a continual sign-in loop. When I attempt to login to the app store on my Macbook, I get this message: This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Then it asks me to Review account. When I click review, I get brought back to the sign-in dialog. Help!

On a Mac;
Open the System Settings app (in the Apple menu)
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping
Add a payment method to your account details
On an iOS device;
Open the Settings app
Chose your Apple ID
Choose Payment & Shipping
Add a payment method to your account details
