Revoking Apple ID access does not reprompt user to create new account

React Native, Firebase

Login with Apple works correctly, but now I want to test logging in with Apple and not sharing my email address.

Go to Settings > Me > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple > Select my app > Stop Using Apple ID

Expected outcome:

The next time I open the app and try to log in, it should prompt me to share my email address or hide it. This is not happening and it just logs me in.
