Re: "How to make room : I'm getting message to clear my emails"

If the message is from your eMail provider:

You may need to log-in to your eMail account online (Eg Yahoo / GMail / etc.)

You may be able to export or save some if you want, or you can just delete eMails that you no longer need.

If the message is from Apple / Mail app:

Eg: See how to: Delete and recover emails in Mail on iPhone - Apple Support

if the message is from iCloud:

Moving your messages from iCloud to your computer can be useful when your iCloud mailbox is full,

You can: Use the Mail app on your Mac to move, delete, or copy iCloud email - Apple Support

or

See : how to: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"If your iPhone or iPad is set up to access iCloud email, you can delete messages from any mailbox, then empty the Trash to free up space:

  1. Swipe left across any message to delete it.
  2. Go to your Mailboxes and choose your Trash folder.
  3. To delete messages one at a time, swipe left on each message.
  4. To delete everything, tap Edit, tap Select All, and then tap Delete.
  5. Tap Delete All to confirm."

All the best :-)
