How to maintain good 100% battery health on my iphone XS MAX?

I saw many articles on the internet about charging the iphone when it drops to 40%(and below) and stopping the charge when it reaches 80%.

Is this really matter?

Does this mean when i drain my battery to 0% and charging it to 100% damages my battery health?

i need some professional advice that will enlighten me.

thank you

Not really, if you have enabled Optimized Battery Charging on your phone.

Don't let the phone go below 20% if you can avoid it. Don't go below 10%. Never let it go to 0%.

Enable Optimized Battery Charging and connect your phone to the power adapter at night and leave it connected all night.....every night. It is impossible to overcharge the battery.

You will never maintain 100% Battery Health on the phone. Expect Battery Health to drop at an average rate of about 1% a month. That's an average. It might not drop at all for a few months, then drop 2-3% the next month. That's normal.

Replace the battery at 80% Battery Health, about 2 years from now.
