How to maintain battery health on a new iPhone?

hi, i just bought iPhone. is there any way to keep the battery health? i mean how to charge the phone,something like that


because i saw some videos or tips, that you have to charge minimum in 20% and not more than 80%, maybe someone can correct me about this

I always charge to 100% but have optimize charging turned on. The iPhone will charge to 80% and then wait to charge it the other 20%. Apple has multiple battery tips about their batteries and who knows more about their batteries than Apple. If you go to Settings > Battery > and tap the little >> i << in the upper right corner, you can get all your questions answered and more. There are links to more great articles at the bottom of each article too.
