macbook keyboard layout choice

Hello,

Gonna get macbook for the first time. Somehow I cannot choose in between many keyboard layouts belonging to different countries available on Apple website. (I believe on websites like Amazon you dont even get to choose?)

Born and lived mostly in one country. Now living in another country. Using different languages every day. I am really confused about which to choose for my now and future. Country 1, country 2 or keyboard of international english? etc etc.
