I have been trying to update snapchat for quite a while now but everytime i try to it keeps asking for a password for an apple id i have never used before i looked everywhere in my phone for that apple id but i have not seen it anywhere and im so confused on how its the only app asking for that id its not even in settings i desperately need to update snapchat
If someone else signed into your phone and downloaded SnapChat, then you will not be able to update the app using your Apple ID. You will be able to delete the app and download it again using your Apple ID.
