We can't email SnapChat for you, that will be something you have to do yourself. They will be the only one that can resolve your problem and your account information should not be shared with anyone else. Since this is not an Apple issue, you should start here:

You don't need to use your password to request help using the link I supplied already. Apple has no control over your SnapChat account and nothing can be done here to solve your problem. It is a problem you have with SnapChat and it is entirely up to them if they want you help you use their service.
