Korean iphone shutter sound

I am planning to purchase an iphone 15 pro from South Korea or Japan.

Will I be able to switch off the camera shutter sound outside Korea and Japan?

is this model the same as previous models of iPhones that shutter sound is compulsory only in Japan and Korea but can be silenced in the rest of the World by using the use of another sim card?

Shutter Sound of Japanese iPads Hello, I am a foreigner currently living in Japan. I will be going back to my home country in a few months. Before going back I was planning to purchase an iPad however I was wondering if the shutter sound can be turned off when using it in other countries? Thanks in advance.
