After deleting albums/songs from library, it gets removed from Favourites playlist
For some reason deleting albums from library also removes some favourited songs from the playlist.

While there is a feature that can add playlists to the library, without adding all of the songs in the list to the library, I would imagine that when you delete something from the library Apple assume you want it deleted everywhere.
