How to delete mails on Mac?
I seem to have some files in my bin that I can't delete. When I look at the file info, it states 'You have unknown access'. Is there a solution for this?

Tell us more about these files in the trash.
Open the Trash > Control (right) click on one of the files > select Get Info.
Another option, is to startup in Safe mode and then see if you can Empty the Trash.

This is what I get
The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure “Locked” is deselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again.
after thought: did your delete move something to the trash from another drive and then disconnect or remove that drive?
Take some screenshot of the open Trash folder and Get Info panel(s).
Take a screenshot - Apple Support
Then post the screenshots using Image Insertion tool on the bottom of the ASC text panel.
What is the message, when you try and Empty the Trash...?
No luck with safe mode.
With the Get info, I get the 'You have unknown access'
Please note this is just a set of files and I can delete all the rest of files in the bin.
